Today we held tryouts for the GHS majorette line! I can not tell you how emotionally charged this day has been. Nine girls tried out and five girls made the line. I love each girl dearly and have come to know them very well over the past year. So it was really hard to be happy and sad all at the same time! Luckily I did not have the hard job of picking who made it. I am so proud of all the girls who tried out. It takes a lot of courage to put your heart into something and be judged. Here are some pictures from the day.

How cute are they?

Oh the drama of try outs. I remember those days from cheerleading days. LOVE the bows!
On your doggie question on my blog. I am rooting for a golden but hubby IS over the shedding. I am still holding out.
I found your blog today and I love it!! I can't wait to read more. I was a majorette when I was in school and it was some of the best times in my life! And I have a daughter named Grayson. Can't wait to see your little cutie!
